Player management has been an issue with JKCA for decades now. But things have moved from bad to worst now. Talented players like Manzoor Pandav, Qamran Iqbal, Shahrukh Dar, Sajad Shiekh, Mehjoor Sofi, Amir Aziz,Amir Sofi , Adil Reshi, Usman Pandit, etc are missing from the scene from last few seasons. There must be many talented players from Jammu as well who have been sidelined.

Either my cricketing sense has a problem or people selecting the cricketers are biased.

Bear in mind, selecting an undeserving player even as a 15th man, is a blatant abuse of power amounting to Murder of careers. It disappoints and disheartens a talented player.

Only eleven can play that is true , bt there are ways to manage players on the fringe. Don’t disappoint them so much that they give up cricket and look towards other things.

We the are on halt today because we have less amount in hand and the demand is too high .
