Diabetic Friendly Millet Recipe Masala Bhakri Preparation Time - 10 mins Cooking Time - 25 mins Serves - 5 Small Bhakris Ingredients Pumpkin - 1/4 Cup Onion - 1/2 Garlic - 2 Ginger - Small Piece Green Chilli - 1 Carrot - 1/2 Coriander Leaves - 1/4 Cup Jowar Flour - 1 Cup Sesame Seeds - 1 tbsp Kasuri Methi - 1/2 tbsp Salt to taste Red Chilli - 1 tsp Turmeric - 1/2 tsp Ghee - 1 tsp Warm Water - 1/2 Cup Steps ➡️ Coarse grind Pumpkin, onion, green chilli, ginger, garlic, carrot and coriander leaves. ➡️ Take a mixing bowl. Add jowar Flour, veggies, sesame seeds, kasuri methi, salt, red chilli, haldi and some ghee. ➡️ Knead dough using warm water. Rest the Dough for 10 mins. Divide into 5 equal parts. ➡️ Make small bhakris using butter paper as shown in the video. Dip your hands with water so that the dough doesn't Stick. ➡️ Cook on medium flame. ➡️ Serve along with chutney, dip or any Sabzi of your choice.
