is an awesome trainer! She’s knowledgeable, motivating, and had always pushed me to reach my full potential. Her enthusiasm and energy are infectious, making every workout session a fun and challenging experience. She’s helped me get better at my form and achieve some good gains i couldn’t be more grateful! I Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great trainer.
It’s overall been an amazing experience at hybrid fitness with her and I can’t wait to join back to the training.

I hadn’t been much of a gym person till last year but found while randomly scrolling through an Instagram post for fitness inspiration. I have been training with him for 3 days every week the past 6 months and I have found such remarkable progress in my stamina and flexibility. From not being able to move two legs together for my burpees to now being able to take on a full-fledged ‘functional’ session, I have come a really long way in my fitness journey with Kunal’s training.
He has also been very flexible with the training schedule which has helped me keep up with my regular sessions despite a crazy work and travel schedule. Kunal designs workouts customised to one’s work schedule, dietary preferences and existing fitness status because of which it’s easier to align to it, helping you think long-term when it comes to fitness. Many more miles to go, but proud of where I have reached and the credit wholly goes to Kunal.

“It’s almost been a year since I started training with Kunal
Like so many others, I’ve wasted my money on gym memberships through my life, but Hybrid is one gym I’ve stuck around at - thanks to my coach Kunal.
I teach 4-5 hours of yoga a day, so he ensures that I don’t overexert myself. We do a strong 45 minute workout 4-5 days a week and I have felt more agile, light, and strong over the last one year. Love that he doesn’t focus on weight loss, but on building stamina and endurance.

Yoga sessions with Siddhi is that opportunity. She has been a track & field athlete for 8 years & has even competed at State & National Levels. During this journey she has endured multiple physical & emotional barriers. Siddhi found her calling for Yoga in 2020 & she instantly fell in love with it. Siddhi strongly believes that whenever life gets tough, we need to ground down and that’s the biggest lesson Yoga has taught her. Yoga is so much more than difficult poses. Yoga has given Siddhi so much perspective, patience, strength, compassion and helped her find balance in life. Cascading this spirit & essence of yoga and sharing her experience on a bigger platform is one of Siddhi’s goals.

Esha is someone who defies gravity every single day and that is her speciality. She has been a sports enthusiast since childhood. Aerial Silk was her calling to make a career in the fitness industry and since then she started to work on converting her passion into her career. Esha has been playing aerial and powerlifting at state level championships & has been wining accolades. It’s been 2 years since Esha is teaching Aerial Silk to kids and adults and 1 year since she became a strength training coach as well. For Esha it’s not just about transforming people but it’s about making everyone believes that movement can cure almost everything in life.
