I saw people doin 30 sets for chest in a single schedule .. resulting in stunted muscle growth .. don’t overdo things .. eat sufficient protien sleep full 8 hrs use proper sets and rep range .. ur muscle will grow much faster ..!

Rest is the most important factor ..if u want to build strong muscles .. do take ample rest amd sleep to grow fast 💪🏼
