Awareness is the first step towards building intimacy with oneself ✨🤍
It’s a practice that can be cultivated. The remembering of one’s true self happens as a result of elimination of what isn’t “me”.
Simple yogic practices that have been travelling through generations for a millenia, offer us ways to achieve this. You can start with a simple pranayama, kriya or a meditation from a legit yoga school that hands down methods in its integrity to begin with.
I found Inner Engineering, Shambhavi Mahamudra to be a great first step. You can try hatha yoga practices as well.
