I wish someone had told me that my life is going to change completely (for good) Ofcourse when I move countries!!

And oh, did I tell you? My students treat me with yummy home made food when I go for classes!
Not that I expect, but they insist on me having.
I have had either breakfasts, dinner or packed boxes of food! I couldn’t have asked for more. Beyond grateful.

It’s been crazy since a week…. I have been working on my lower body while I rest and relax to recover from my shoulder and neck soreness. The pain and discomfort is so unpleasant but I want to affirm that I am recovering ❤️‍🩹

There’s no specific reason for this as I was on my periods last week and didn’t actually do much of physical movement when this started and since then anyways haven’t working much. I feel bad about not being able to workout. I miss my practice 🥺
