Meditation time in the park.
Yoga class in the park happens by appointment. The class lasts 1.5hr and cost vary depending on number of participants as mentionned on the website (link in bio). We like to come here in the morning or late afternoon and we sometimes meet other practicionners. This morning we had the chance to practice with a live bansuri !

Where is DarkLøtus Yoga studio located ? We practice in open places in different areas ! Temples, parks, historical grounds, on the ghats, in places connected to Yoga history and legends... a great way to discover the holy city of Banaras and merge into the life and rythm of Varanasi considered as a Temple itself !

The next Chandra Namaskar Yoga experience will be on 23 rd March during Phalguna Poornima (Full Moon).
"Holika Dahan Banaras Festival Walk" will also be available the same night ! All Chandra Namaskar classes and Banaras Festival Walks dates can be found in the blog part "Special Event Calendar" of our website banarasyoga.com
We will be touring with a small group the next week, and be in BodhGaya for 9th of March during Phalguna Amavasya (New Moon) night.
