Looking inward is most difficult thing while finding peace. We search for peach but it is nowhere except within. In Ashtanga Yoga folding our senses inward is all about PRATYAHAAR. As our Rishish described that our senses are pierced outward so we never see inward.
Molding senses inward is they key of happiness and meditation.

Pranayama has it's several dimensions. From physical to subtle, from pranic to spritual. You just need to dive into.
So many meditation practitioner suffers because they start with something which is a 2nd step. They must start with breathwork.
Everyday practice will make a huge impact on your body and you will flourish like a flower.
