On this Navratri 2026, we went looking for Devi — and found her in the lanes of Varanasi.In the girls no one talks about.

In the children who just needed a warm meal.
We washed their feet.

Put alta on their feet.
Served them food, fruits, and stationery.

And on this same day —
we officially began Saksham Beti 🌸
Our promise to the girls who deserve more.

None of this would have happened without Annandaan Foundation who made sure every child had a full plate. Dhanyawad. 🙏

🚩इस नवरात्रि बेटियों को शिक्षित व सशक्त बनाने का संकल्प 👧

On 26th March 2026, Durga Ashtami —

At Bharat Mata Mandir, Sigra, Varanasi —
Try To Fight Foundation & Annadaan Foundation came together for something simple, and something meaningful.

21 girls were honoured through Kanya Poojan.
Feet washed. Tilak applied. Food served. Stationery given.
55+ children fed and cared for.

No big stage. No fancy setup.
Just people who meant it.

And on this same day — quietly, but intentionally —
Saksham Beti took its first step. 🌸

Our flagship program for girls in underserved communities of Varanasi — built on education, confidence, and real support.

We are really thankful to Mr. Ayush Kushwaha Founder Annadaan Foundation and Grateful to everyone who made this day possible —
our patron Pushpa Mishra, founder Vaibhav Mishra, Co-founders Himanshu Mishra, Ranjeet Ranjan,
and every volunteer who showed up with a full heart. 🙏
