Basic Gym etiquette 101 - absolutely for everyone...

📌 Don’t walk within 2m of anyone whilst they’re performing exercise, don’t try squeeze past, don’t stair at them like a fkn p€ado, just wait like 20 seconds okay.

📌 If you’re a sweaty mess, wipe your bench down. Not rub it with your sweaty t-shirt like a $cruff. Properly clean it. ( haha scruff, bringing that back )

📌 Don’t do exercise close to the weights rack, might come has a big fking surprise to you this one so take a seat. You ready ? … there are other people ALSO in the gym who want to access the rack. 🤯 And they now can’t because you’re dry hu***ng it. Stand 2m back.

📌 Put your weights away, It’s absolutey shocking when you see small teenage girl having to unload 8 x 20kg plate off the leg press machine. And btw we all know you’re the type too lazy to wipe ya own backside and are 100% walking around with a sh**ey sherrifs badge.
