We provide highly qualified & certified trainers who follow international norms; at your home, gym, outdoors and/or at your nearest convenient place for personalized and group fitness training.
Initially, a health screening will be done and a personalized schedule will be provided accordingly.
We provide everything under one roof in the same package and at a reasonable price. We have experienced trainers who will conduct various fitness trainings as per one's need viz; Resistance training, HIIT training, Functional training, Core training, TRX training, Body weight training, Bosu training, Kettle bell training, Yoga, Power Yoga, Zumba, Bollyfit, Bootcamp, Sports specific training, Training with Kids , etc.
