He rarely misses a training session (unless travelling). Despite having a full corporate life, we are happy to be a part of his weekly routine for 17 years.

We concluded the very first Lifestyle Makeover Program with 5 Elite Fitness members (Champions) who had a BMI of over 24. This program ran for 8 days from Sunday to Sunday, with 2 face-to-face meetings on both Sundays and a week-long Whatsapp group monitoring program. It was compulsory for each Champion to add one family member to the group for support and who also had to attend the F-2-F meetings with them.

Results of the first group
Collective weight loss 7.5kg in a week (max was 3kgs lost by one person)
Collective inch loss over 10cms on waist and hips in one week
Remarkable visual change in 3 Champions
All champions felt that the program was doable, satiating, logical and sustainable. 
Their support teams put in a commendable effort to make healthy meals available, but they also learnt much along the way. Collective group learning did miracles. 
We all finished with some zone 2 cardio, much exchange of ideas and a positive determination to carry forward with a plan for the next 3 months. 
Congratulations to all our Champions.

We concluded the very first Lifestyle Makeover Program with 5 Elite Fitness members (Champions) who had a BMI of over 24. We admire Sampath for diligently practicing with the Indian Clubs, even when travelling. For a lean guy, his muscle fibers are strong and wiry and he moves with an 8kg gada with ease. Keep it up!!

It requires more core engagement and stability than a back squat and it is safer for people with lower back issues. It requires higher shoulder mobility and that's why it's hard for many people to practice it. It can also significantly help with improving ankle mobility. 

Vinay Sarda @vinwithdointhings is lifting his bodyweight of 80kg in a front squat for 3 reps. His goal is to reach 100kg in the near future. 💪💪✨✨

It requires *more core engagement* and stability than a back squat and it is *safer for people with lower back issues.* It requires *higher shoulder mobility* and that's why it's hard for many people to practice it. It can also *significantly help with improving ankle mobility.*
