BYL helps all people with employment, including the Kurdistan refugees. BYL's main office is located in Akre and it's training centres are in Duhok, Akre, Erbil and Sulaymaniyah. BYL's Courses/Training include: HR, HSE, English Language and so on. BYL's trainers are British, American and Kurdish who have graduated from International Universities in the United States and the United Kingdom.
