With his flowing mane, he’s a real eye-catcher, but there’s so much more to him than his good looks. Okursteinn has the sweetest and friendliest character, making him just as wonderful to ride as he is to admire. 💜

If you’re lucky with the weather, the majestic Snæfellsjökull will accompany every step of your horse back riding tour. On our “Búðir Beach and Lava” tour you have the chance to explore the picturesque black church of Búðakirkja and the surrounding dramatic volcanic landscapes, right at the foot of one of Iceland’s famous glaciers. ✨

Horse training saison is back. After winter training in the riding hall and some well deserved break, the younger horses are finally back out on the trails. Time to gain experience, build confidence, and get ready for many adventures in Iceland’s beautiful landscapes.
