We will soon be putting Vésteinn on dry land for the winter. I´d like to thank everybody who sailed with us and hope to see more people sailing with us next summer. We will hopefully begn sailing with passengers in the beginning of June. Please feel free to add any pictures you took while sailing on the viking boat. Best regards for now from Þingeyri.

Siglingar Vésteins á Dýrafjarðardögum verða þrjár talsins á laugardaginn, klukkan 13:00, 15:30 og 18:00. Frítt fyrir þá sem hafa armband en aðrir greiða vægt gjald.

The town festival is this weekend and Vésteinn wil be sailing on Saturday at one o´clock, three thirty and six p.m. Those who have bought armbands travel for free, others have to pay a small fee.

Vésteinn er kominn aftur til Þingeyrar eftir skemmtilega þátttöku í heiðnu brúðkaupi á laugardaginn. Fengum frábært veður í ferðinni og erum aldeilis í "siglinga-gír". Tökum vel á móti einstaklingum og hópum :) Pantanir í síma 861-3267 :)

Vésteinn has returned to Thingeyri after particpating in a wedding last Saturday. We had wonderful weather and are ready to sail from Thingeyri. Book a trip by calling 861-3276.

Vésteinn er kominn aftur til Þingeyrar eftir dvölina á Bíldudal. Næsta ferð á dagskrá hjá okkur er um komandi helgi, en við förum frá Þingeyri á föstudagsmorguninn til að taka þátt í brúðkaupsathöfn í Ísafjarðardjúpi. Stefnan er að sigla aftur til Þingeyrar á sunnudagskvöld, eða mánudag, allt eftir veðri og vindum.

Vésteinn has arrived in Thingeyri after being in Bildudal. Our next long trip will be this coming weekend. We will be leaving Thingeyri on Friday morning (22. of June) to participate in a wedding ceremony. We will sail again to Thingeyri on Sunday evening or Monday morning depending on the weather. It is possible to book trips on the viking boat (from Thingeyri) before we head off on Friday. the phone numer is 861-3267.

Vésteinn sailed to Bildudal on the 28 of May. A group of elementary studuents from Talknafjord went sailing the next morning. Every body had a good time. Véstein will be in Bildudal for a few more days and then it will sail to its home in Thingeyri and be saiing their this summer.
