Icecup 2027 is officially full. Please keep sending us emails to go on our waiting list. There are always some cancellations.

Dear Curling Friends,

We're pleased to open registration for Icecup 2027. Last year the bonspiel got filled in less than 24 hours

EVENT DETAILS
Location: Akureyri, Iceland
Dates: May 5–8, 2027
Fee: 60,000 ISK per team, including the grand dinner for 4 players

Teams traveling with more than 4 players, or with non-playing guests, may purchase additional dinner tickets on-site during the event.

SCHEDULE
May 5th – Opening ceremony (location to be announced)

May 6th – 2 games for all teams, played throughout the day

May 7th – At least 1 game for all teams. Evening party at Kiddi's Cave with traditional Icelandic food (BYOB)

May 8th – Final games and medal matches. Grand dinner in the evening

What an incredible weekend! Ice Cup has officially wrapped up, and we are still riding high on the energy you all brought to the ice. 🎉

This year we had 20 teams from around the world. Whether you came to compete, cheer, or simply enjoy the camaraderie, you made this event truly special.

A heartfelt thank you to every single team, player, volunteer, and spectator who showed up and made this bonspiel one to remember. The spirit of the sport was on full display all weekend long.

Kiddy Cup games will run alongside the final games at 2PM.
Please report to the cafeteria at 1:30PM. Hannela will announce the rules for the Kiddy Cup games and team setup. 🥳
