My app will tell you exactly what to eat, give you recipes, and even shopping lists of ingredients. You can put in any allergies you might have and choose between different diets, like vegan, paleo, etc. You can easily swap any meals you don't like. I'll make sure you get a diverse diet.
The app will tell you all the macros in each meal but what you like to eat is up to you and the menu is diverse if you don't like what I propose in the meal plan!
The key is that you're happy with your diet so you can maintain it!

Don't forget to label your food containers after you fill them with food and put them in your fridge or freezer. You'll want to know how old it is!

My app will tell you exactly what to eat and how much, depending on whether your goals require you to be in a calorie deficit when cutting, or surplus when bulking. This is extremely tricky to figure out on your own so if you're not planning on using my app and you've never studied this before I advise you to consult with a nutritionist if you're serious about your goals and making real progress.
Portion control will be easy when you're being told exactly what and how much to eat. Soon you'll get the feeling of the macros yourself and this becomes automatic.
You'll go so much further on this part with assistance than you ever will on your own.
In my app, you'll see exactly the macros in each meal so you'll learn it by heart in time and you'll use that knowledge for the rest of your life.
Maintaining the habit of eating correctly is easy once the routine is in place. And if you fall out of routine, you'll always be able to restore it since you'll know the nutrients in your food.

Don't use cheap plastic containers. This is now a big part of your lifestyle so invest in proper containers for your food. There are unhealthy chemicals in some plastic that can have negative effects on your body. Having the right equipment motivates you even further and those proper containers are not expensive. Allow yourself to get excited about your meals knowing that nutrition is key for rebuilding your muscles and that's what all the hard work is for with your exercises! Plus, you feel amazing and energetic in your body when you fuel it with the right nutrients.

This is the fun part, but also the part that's hardest to implement in your routine. Don't give up, and if you do fail temporarily, then get back on track later but never give up on your goals. Remind yourself why you want this. Get inspiration from your heroes, and build yourself up emotionally to gain back the momentum you lost. You will learn to love the efforts you put into this. Put on your favorite music and enjoy your time in the kitchen!

Plan your shopping ahead of time and stick with the plan.
Don't be overly strict with yourself at first, this is all about building a habit and sticking with it. The most important part is that you keep doing it and don't give up, even if you struggle at first.
When the habit becomes a lifestyle you don't need to make any effort anymore, it will all be automatic, just stick with it for two weeks and after that, it will be routine.
