To begin with, we are so sorry for the problems with the live stream.
We want to inform you that all customers having problems will be refunded after the weekend. We will however, not close the access to the site and all subscriptions will be kept open and the recordings from the event will be available on the site for on demand view.
Again, so sorry for the inconvenience and we hope that you will at least enjoy the recordings even though it doesn't compare to the live broadcast.
