The countdown to one of the most brutal challenges in the TORX® eXperience circuit has officially begun: 500 Thailand is locked in for 2026!

This year the event begins on 22nd November in the small mountain town of Pai. From narrow town roads to remote mountain trails and deep forests, this course strips everything down to what truly matters.

There are five routes to choose from, meaning there’s something to suit all tastes. It’s the 500-kilometer distance that is the real challenge, however, with over 25,000 metres of elevation gain. Ready for your next big challenge? Ulju Trail Nine Peaks (UTNP), widely recognised as South Korea’s most demanding trail running race, is back for 2026!

Kicking off on 30th October, this event involves a formidable 125-kilometer route with a staggering 9,000 meters of altitude gain.

We welcome The MAMMOTH, an incredible 350km mountain ultra in America, to the TORX® eXperience circuit!

Set in California’s Eastern Sierra Nevada, its unique single loop route incorporates granite basins, exposed ridgelines, deserts and pine forests. The MAMMOTH is much more than just a long-distance race, embodying as it does the spirit of true mountain ultrarunning.

Throughout this event in early October there are extended climbs and steep rocky descents, requiring mountain awareness and precision footwork. Plus, there’s over 9,000 meters of elevation gain to get your teeth into!

If you’re ready for a life-changing experience, we’d like to introduce you to Brazil’s Extremo Sul Ultramarathon! Otherwise known as the ‘Horizontal Abyss’, this 226km voyage of self-sufficiency across the world’s longest beach begins on 20th November.

This non-stop test of pure endurance has a 52-hour time limit. Successfully navigate tricky terrain alongside an inhospitable climate and you could bag one of 10 guaranteed TOR330 - Tor des Géants® places for 2027.

Who will come out on top in the TORX® eXperience rankings 2025-2026?
All 261 finalists completed at least one of our 2025 races and registered for the TOR330 - Tor des Géants® 2026 via PAX. Currently, the virtual men’s podium features Fabio Devalle, Piero Bello and Massimiliano Calcinoni. On the women’s podium are Chiara Innocenti, Marta Abrantes and Cristina Vecco, but all of this could change.

That’s because the TOR330 – Tor des Géants® is still yet to take place (13th to 19th September 2026). As the most important race, it could turn everything on its head! The top three men and top three women overall will be announced during the TORX® with Kailas 2026 awards ceremony.

This October ‘TRAILCAT The Race’ returns with an epic 300-mile challenge, beginning in Andorra.

Passing through France and ending in the beautiful country of Catalonia, the route won’t be one you’ve taken before. In fact, it’s kept a secret until a week before the event, maintaining the crucial element of surprise!

Have you signed up for the Adamello Ultra Trail 2026?
The 2025 edition was one of its most successful yet, with over 1000 participants from 34 countries taking part. This year the event starts on 25th September, and the organisers are working hard to make it even more successful!

While the different distances mean the Adamello Ultra Trail suits many different athletes, the 170km route remains its flagship race. Beginning and ending in Vezza d’Oglio, this endurance event features 11,500 meters of elevation gain. There are also 15 PAX for the TOR330 - Tor des Géants® 2027 for those who complete the 100km and 170km routes!

Beginning in Ecuador on 5th September 2026, APUC RUMI is a high-altitude race brimming with history, culture and nature. The event encompasses pure trail running routes (10km and 25km), a 50km ultra and a challenging 100km endurance race. Everyone taking part will have the privilege of exploring the Tomabela Indigenous Territory, in the heart of the breathtaking Andes.

But that’s not all! For the true adventurers tackling the 100km route, there’s 6,000m of elevation gain and 10 PAX up for grabs. Calling all trail running warriors! Registrations for Malaysia’s Gunung Datuk Ultra (DUTA) have just opened. Back for 2026, this mountain event in Rembau begins on 12th June and has something to suit everyone. For example, you might fancy a 20km trail dash or a 40km ultra.
