Yoga teacher, model, mom and just the one who cares about well-being of people and the environment. Margarita Viviani
Hey,
It's pleasure to meet you!

Here is my story. I was born in Kamchatka, the eastern Russian peninsula in between Japan and Alaska. When I was 15 I decided to leave my home, to start a model career, but continuing studying. While travelling the world I got laureated in Marketing degree. In total I spent 8 years living in Asia. At my 22 I decided to get a Yoga Teacher certificate, as I was already practicing yoga by myself for

Your breath is one of the fastest ways to change your state.

Try:
3-part inhale
1 long exhale
× 5 rounds

Especially helpful for:
stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, PMS, tension, overthinking.

The body cannot heal while constantly bracing.

Which pillar do you think modern society overvalues the most right now. Success, pleasure, spirituality, or purpose?

For me, morning routine is not about productivity or “perfect habits.”

It is about creating internal safety for the body and mind.

Both Yoga and Ayurveda have taught for thousands of years that the way we begin the day influences:
– the nervous system
– hormones
– digestion
– emotional state
– clarity of mind
– overall vitality

And now modern science increasingly confirms these connections.

Stress dysregulates hormones.
The gut influences mental health.
Breathing changes nervous system state.
Constant stimulation exhausts the brain and body.

Healing often begins not from something extreme,
but from the way we wake up every morning.

Not from Monday.
From one conscious morning.
