For our interview with Stephen Gogolev, we explored the city of Angers together – starting with a visit to the cathedral, before taste testing some local chocolate and making our way to the castle for our sitdown interview.

We talked about Stephen’s journey through the past Olympic cycle, the lessons he has taken from both its highs and difficult moments, and the perspective he carries forward into this next chapter – on his skating, his ambitions and the person he continues to become beyond the ice.
