“I saw the actress Patricia Schumann wearing an earlier Sittingsuit, also based on a painting. I stopped her and said: who made that coat? You are a walking painting. I have always made my art to communicate with as many people as possible, without losing anything of the work. When people see this piece, they will step into a light blue space. Inside, swirling flowers with faces create an experience of their own.”

MEET IB ANTONI ✨ 🇩🇰

A world-renowned Danish illustrator whose work combined humour, simplicity and a strong visual identity.

During his international career, Antoni lived in New York and worked with more than 200 companies, including Shell, UNICEF, Volvo, Life Magazine and Neiman Marcus.

At home, his illustrations of The Little Mermaid, Tivoli and Copenhagen helped shape the visual story of Denmark 🇩🇰
