A new academic term begins , and with it comes the gentle reminder that learning isn’t only about books and lectures—it’s also about the breath, the body, and the space within.

As students step into their studies, may they also step into themselves—grounded, open, and curious. I’m honored to guide practices that connect mind and heart, intellect and spirit.

Concurrently I am a Yoga instructor (multi-style) and Professor of yoga philosophy, breathing and meditation.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a Master’s degree in International Relations and European Studies from the University of Florence.

Excited to Share My Insights on Mindful Eating!

Last week I had the opportunity to deliver a guest on to the students of the course “The Journey to Wellbeing” at

During the lecture, we explored the principles of and how they can transform our relationship with food, encouraging a healthier lifestyle and emotional well-being.
Mindful eating is an innovative approach that focuses on HOW we eat. It’s about tuning into our senses, savoring each bite, and understanding our body’s hunger cues.

SERATA DI YOGA E CAMPANE DI CRISTALLO

LauraSole ed Erisa ti invitano ad una serata dedicata allo yoga e alla meditazione accompagnate dai suoni delle campane di cristallo.

PRATICA 🧘🏼‍♀️
Ci immergeremo in una pratica di yoga dolce e lenta, viaggiando attraverso l’elemento TERRA e permettendo al corpo di radicarsi in profondità.

Utilizzeremo il respiro per far fluire l’energia in maniera armoniosa.

Praticheremo la meditazione per ancorare la mente e stimolare l’intuito.

Il suono delle campane di cristallo accompagnerà l’esperienza, riequilibrando l’energia del corpo e della mente.

YOGA ALL’APERTO A FIRENZE✨ (ITA, ENG below)

Vieni a praticare Yoga all’aperto con me.

- Vinyasa 1 (italiano) al Giardino Stibbert alle 17:45.
La pratica è adatta a tutti i livelli, comprese le persone che si avvicinano allo yoga per la prima volta. Vengono offerti aggiustamenti che tengono conto della specificità del/la partecipante.

- Vinyasa 2 (inglese | ita) al Giardino Stibbert alle 17:45. La pratica è adatta a chi ha già fatto yoga e vuole approfondire la pratica attraverso l’esplorazione di movimenti più dinamici e asana articolate.

- Ashtanga (inglese) al Parco Villa Ventaglio alle 18:00. La pratica sarà guidata e focalizzata sulle posizioni della Prima serie. Questa pratica è sconsigliata a persone che hanno problemi fisici importanti.

Praticare yoga all’aperto aiuta a ridurre lo stress e a calmare la mente, grazie anche alla connessione con la natura.

YOGA OUTDOOR IN FLORENCE✨(ENG)

Let’s practice yoga outdoor!

- Vinyasa 1 (Italian) at the Stibbert Park at 5:45 p.m.
This practice is suitable for all participants, including those approaching yoga for the first time. Adjustments are offered to take into account the specificity of the participant.

- Vinyasa 2 (Eng | Ita) at the Stibbert Park at 5:45 p.m. This practice is suitable for people who have already done yoga and who want to deepen their practice through the exploration of dynamic movements and complex asanas.

- Ashtanga (Eng) at Park of Villa Ventaglio at 6 p.m.
This practice is guided and focuses on the postures of the Primary Series. This practice is not recommended for people with significant physical problems/injuries.

Practicing yoga outdoors helps to reduce stress and to calm the mind, thanks to the connection with nature.

The first trial class is for free. To book, write in direct.
