Food is your fuel. Don’t compromise when it comes to paying for quality towards you body and health. Raw fresh ingredients are the best fuel for your body. Your energy, your sleep, your mood are all heavily affected by what and how much you eat.

Eat with a purpose. Enjoy every bite, knowing that that bite will provide you the energy to take on all the activities and task that you want to do.

Show me what you are good at and I am sure it is has been on your top of your priority. Sometimes it is as simple as that. It is not the lack of knowledge of the exercises it is not the lack of knowledge around nutrition. It is the lack of the sting intention to make a change. So before you start lying to yourself with the following excuses:
“I can’t afford a trainer”
“I have no time to exercise”
“I wish I knew where to start”

Use this post as a reminder, that all your thoughts are not the reason you are not achieving muscle growth or a body transformation. It is the simple reason you have set it to one of your lowest priorities.

When you do what you love, you lose the sense of time.

It took me 15 years but it was all worth it. When you do find it everything becomes fluid and you feel aligned. Don’t settle, always progress and continue to search for what really defines you.

Returning to my home town 🇬🇷😎 it has been a while. This year has been one of the biggest transitions of my life.

So excited for what is coming and so grateful for all the experienced gained in the UK. New chapter here we come. 🇮🇹🇮🇩
