Our power doesn’t live in our voice.
It lives lower.
In our womb, in our yoni, in our pelvic floor.
I know, i know nobody taught us this and when we push it straight out without moving it through our heart first it comes out as anger. as bitterness. as that exhaustion of fighting to be heard for so long.

I know that feeling, i lived it. But when it travels through the heart first?
We can hold enormous power in the softest way.
We don’t have to become hard to be strong.
Thats what I wish someone had told me twenty years ago and that’s exactly what we practice at Open Heart.

I am deeply devoted to the goddess.

I know what this sentence can bring up. Why does it have to be female? why not just say universe, god, life? and I get it because my inner critic says the same ;)

Buttt there is something to it, to not just say universe. not just say god. There is something in saying goddess that invokes something deeply, that feels more raw, more true, more ancient.

Because before the roman gods. before the monotheistic religions — jewish, christian, islam. before all of that. We honoured the great goddess, she is where we came from, she is where we return to.

And for me this is not about gender or religion but it’s about remembering, something that lives in the earth, in my womb, in the moon, in the dark.

I am not saying any other belief is wrong, everyone has their own entrance to the divine. this is mine.

and it feels so vulnerable to say it out loud. yet here I am.

curious, what does this bring up for you?

There is potency on this land.
Forci has been held by four families for five hundred years. The soil remembers (not only love and light I have to be honest ;). But the spirit of the land is still very alive here.

When you arrive, the rolling Tuscan hills, the sun on your skin, the food so nourishing
and vibrant it tastes like the earth itself, you already begin to heal. Because the landawakens your feminine power. It calls to something in you that’s been waiting.
But that’s only half of it. The real medicine is what happens when you combine the land
with the deepening work. The shadow. The shamanic rituals. The somatic practices. The lineage work. And then, the other women.

Five days in a container with women who are
doing their own deep work, who are ready to show up, who are becoming more alive and
more them. ALL of this together changes everything!!

Shadow work sounds scary.
I understand why.

Even the word “shadow” makes it feel like you’re about to step into something heavy and come out completely different.

But that hasn’t been my experience at all.

To me, shadow work is simply meeting the part of you that learned how to survive.

She isn’t dark.
She isn’t broken.

She’s a younger version of you who realized early on that being small, quiet, and agreeable made things safer.
That it made love more available.

So she adapted.
She protected you in the only ways she knew how and she did that really well.

This work isn’t about fixing her.
It’s not about pushing her away or trying to become someone else.

It’s about sitting beside her. Holding her hand.
Letting her know she doesn’t have to do this alone anymore.

Telling her, I see you. I understand. I’ve got us now. 🌹

That’s what shadow work is. Not something dark. Just a part of you that’s been waiting to be met with care.

That’s the space we hold at Open Heart in Tuscany, Italy.
