The STARWOMEN project was presented at Erasmus Days in Rijeka: E+ in the Local Community, among other inspiring Erasmus+ initiatives!
We shared the project’s results and exchanged experiences with organisations and educators interested in innovative training methods, women’s inclusion and employability.
Simulation-based learning, teamwork and transversal skills — that’s what STARWOMEN is all about!

Last week, during Erasmus Days, Tribeka Training Lab, the Spanish partner proudly presented the 🌟 STARWOMEN project 🌟
👩🏫 We had the chance to talk about the project's goals, share the results achieved so far, highlight the training courses we’ve developed, reflect on the Learning Week we organized, and showcase the digital platform created.
It was a true honor to share this meaningful project with an international audience and to raise awareness about its deep and lasting mission.

🎓 The Second Learning Week for Women in Greece has successfully come to an end! 🇬🇷✨
Trainees and trainers met at Chrostiras – art & seminar venue to exchange ideas and experiences gained through the STARWOMEN – Simulation Training for Women project, co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme.
This second group came from Thessaloniki, while the first took place in the beautiful open space of Alyki Heritage Resort in Pieria.
Through the STARWOMEN project, women 40+, including migrants and refugees, continue to benefit from innovative non-formal learning methods designed to build confidence, improve employability, and strengthen digital and soft skills.

✨ The STARWOMEN Final Event took place in Rijeka! ✨
We presented the results of two years of work – from the Moodle platform to national learning weeks for women aged 40+.
The event brought together partners from 7 countries, who shared their experiences and innovative approaches. 🌍💡
The project is coming to a close, but our work on women’s empowerment is only just beginning! 💪
