Sabato 18 Gennaio il campo da polo al Leoncavallo si trasforma in un'arena di resistenza. Un torneo single player diverso dal solito, dove ogni tiro, sprint e goal è un messaggio chiaro: il Leoncavallo non si tocca!

Da oltre 10 anni il Leoncavallo è il terreno dove è cresciuta la cultura del bike polo milanese, dove abbiamo imparato a cadere e rialzarci, ad amare e includere il prossimo, costruendo una comunità che va ben oltre lo sport, condividendo oltre alla nostra passione uno spazio culturale in totale autogestione e nel rispetto di chi ci circonda.

Oggi, mentre la speculazione immobiliare minaccia di strappare via questo pezzo di storia collettiva, noi rispondiamo nel modo che conosciamo meglio: giocando, resistendo, unendoci. Perché il Leo non è solo un campo da gioco, è uno spazio di libertà, di cultura indipendente, di autogestione.

Una giornata dedicata alla resistenza contro chi vuole trasformare Milano in un deserto di vetro e cemento. Milano Bike Polo è parte viva di questo spazio, della sua storia, del suo futuro.

After a long wait, we are happy to announce the next Milanese winter tournament, which celebrates the typical fog (scighera in Milanese dialect) of the area—actually there is not that much fog anymore, thanks to a real climate change but we like to keep celebrating it 😶‍🌫.

Milano’s Scighera Mixed is back in town, kindly hosted by our evergreen partner in crime Spazio Pubblico Autogestito Leoncavallo, one of the oldest and active squat in Italy with his 49 years of fight and resilience!

With great joy we are happy to introduce all our lovely partners and sponsors for the eighth edition of Mixed or Treat, the Halloween themed Milanese winter mixed gender tournament! A big thanks to all of our supporters, we love you for helping us making this tournament still happen!

                           

Our friends and partners .bici will hold the great "GGGGran Bazaar & Tales Volume 2", the bicycle (and non) marketplace and film screening! Starting at 14:00 on Sunday 29th of October along with our tournament, in the Leoncavallo's H**p area (next to the court). At 16:00 the film “La primavera è primavera anche in città” screening will happen next to the market area. Following an open forum about the film will take place with the directors. Don’t miss it!
