Wonderful white week in Gstaad ⛷💨❄️
36th Birthday workout:
19 clap pull ups
10 double push up burpees
10 dips to L sit
36 abs leg raises
19 muscle ups
36 bench squat jump.
Repeat x 36 set 😅
Years are passing by..better to keep fit
Sunday workout 30 min circuit:
10 handstand pu
10 dips + abs kick
10 ring chin ups + abs kick
10 jump over parallel dip pass under
10 combo of : 1 handstand + burpess + 2 push ups
Take 10 sec rest between exercises and 1 min between sets
30 min🔥🔥🔥 work on core&stamina for a overall body benefit ⚡️

Summer workout : 6/7 min warmup rope jump (make sure u face the sun to tan and sweat) 3 rounds of : 10 burpees tuck jump, 5 slow wall push up + 10 fast close grip pushup, 10 elevated feet push ups, 5 push ups + 10 mountain climbers ( count 10 each leg ) 10 plyo jump at 80cm, 15 band resistance thrusters. Rest 20 sec between exercises.
