All J/70s taking part in the iconic Genoa sailing festival will have one more reason to push for the top: the Trofeo Lanza, awarded to the best-placed International J/70 Class Association in the fleet.

⏱️🥇🥈🥉Here’s the provisional standings for the 2026 J/70 Cup: after three stages - held at Yacht Club Toscana Circolo Della Vela Erix and Circolo Vela Torbole — Mauro Roversi’s J-Curve still leads the overall standings, on Matteo Marenghi Vaselli g***t and Gianfranco Noè’s gianfranco.
The Corinthian leader is William Twomney’s Wildcard trailed by Massimo Rama CAIM Jeniale and Denis Infante Euro-Voiles.
📋⛵️ Next event, valid also as Italian Championship, is planned at Yacht Club Costq Smeralda for the beginning of October (2-4) and CHARTER BOATS ARE AVAILBLE.

⛵ Yesterday, the J/70 Italian Class President joined the very first training of the new Fraglia Vela Riva J/70 as coach, marking the return of an exciting collaboration between this two great sailing reality.

Recognized worldwide for hosting some of the most attended and highly competitive sailing events, Fraglia Vela Riva is working on its 2027 J/70 campaign with the support of historic partner Rothoblaas and a crew of talented young sailors from the club.

This partnership reflects a shared commitment to developing the J/70 fleet, investing in youth, and creating new opportunities for the next generation of J/70 sailors.
