Finally she breaths a sigh of relief to be back in the sea, and so do I..

Long few months, working in pretty extreme heats to get through the vast list.
3 people 13hrs in a day to lift/rudders in/splash/mast up/foils in/daggerboard in/boom on/motor to marina.
Now a few long days to run rigging and test all the systems and changes we have made ready for the Rolex Maxi Worlds in multihull class in 4weeks time.

Some new Solar and wiring
New Dyneema main nets
Serviced anchor windlass
New bobstay
Mast works
Foils & daggerboard re-painted
Engine and saildrive service
Wrap repairs
New Foil up/down blocks

Etc etc

Haul out & refit time.
Also getting our scan completed now for the ORCmh certificate to race in the Med.

Lots on the joblist to complete in the next 2.5mths after 10,000nm since the last 2week refit

Safely delivered to Sardinia our summer base. Stripped and ready to haul out for 2.5mths refit work.

HANG TIME!!!

Finally loaded onto the ship last night, just shy of 5hrs lift & secure after days of delay due to port controls and sea state.
Now for some home time before offloading in Italy in 14days time.
