I remember that morning when I woke up with my heart going crazy💔
All I saw was only problems at work, problems with my partner…
The only thing I wished for that night would last longer so I don’t have to face all my problems again 😓
It was draining physically and mentally.
I was so stressed that I just have mood or energy to do anything apart of eating, sleeping , working and watching TV series.
⚡️ If I’m so unhappy now nothing will ever change because every day is the same.
I started having a panic attack.
To break this miserable pattern I need to make changes in my daily life.
I need to do SOMETHING DIFFERENT.
💫 And I’ve started from a letter to myself: I describe my daily routine from the perspective of my perfect happy life.
😱 I realised that I wasn’t doing anything to make myself happy:
1. Happy me would never give up on me
2. Happy me wouldn’t waste hours and hours watching tv series and eating crap
3. Happy me would never sacrifice personal time when I can do something good for my health and well-being.
4. Happy me would never allow people to mistreat me or take my kindness for granted.
5. “Perfect life image” looks like something impossible and overwhelming. I just need to make one step at a time.

My first baby step was: I set my alarm earlier and implemented just 10 min of body & mind work.
❤️🔥 OH MY!!! It gave me an incredible boost of energy and confidence that I CAN MAKE IT BETTER.
Only with these baby steps every day me and Alena came to our Neuro-Fitness method that changes not just your body, but it’s a major breakthrough that transforms you life and self-perception.

Most of my life I had to force myself to exercise.

YOUR BRAIN PROTECTS YOU FROM CHANGES ⛔️
It’s a common fact that the number one task of our brain is survival.
So logically thinking if we try to improve our lifestyle/health/body our brain should celebrate it.
But no, it’s the other way round!
Every time when we try to change something start exercising, eating healthier, reduce stress which seems to be good for our body and mind…
Your body and mind start rejecting those changes and you keep yourself busy with common routine or create excuses to avoid this new thing.

Water helps to lose weight⁉️
⚡️In this post we want to share some of the hacks we use in our course to boost weight loss.
💧Water is very important factor in weight loss routine, but not only that.
🌵But if you are experiencing some of these problems, maybe you start drinking more water as well:
- dry skin
- early aging
- dry hair
- brittle nails
- brain fog
- lack of energy
- bloating or constipation
So here are some tips that can help you to improve your metabolism, digestion and well-being in general:
1️⃣ Drink a glass of very warm water (40-50C) with lemon 20 min before breakfast. Thank will help to improve your digestion, boost metabolism and flush toxins.
2️⃣ Get a big tumbler for water so you can bring it everywhere with you. Have one at home and one at the office. Recent studies show that people tend to drink less water if they consume it by caps. Having a big water bottle in front, will stimulate you to drink more.
3️⃣ Count your daily water intake:
Your weight (kg) x 0.033 = water (L)
4️⃣ Drink 80% of your daily rate before 4pm
5️⃣ For after each cup of coffee or tea drink extra cup of water.

Everything starts from within💛
I don’t know how about you, girls. But I used to spend enormous amount of money for the beauty products and famous supplements.
I really believed that it’ll make me more beautiful, my body will be amazing and I’ll be just getting younger and younger….😅
Some was absolutely useless, some would give a short term results.
But it wasn’t giving me any desired results.
Until one day I realised that it’s not a solution, it’s just a cover up.
Our body and skin are the reflection of what we eat, our daily routine and how we handle our stress.
💖 I feel much stronger, healthier & younger than 5-8 years ago.
Why? Let me explain:)
🥙 I was eating without thinking and then I was wondering “why my skin is so dry, pale and why I have this rashes”… But once I switched to clean food rich with necessary nutrients and proper hydration, my skin became elastic, moist and clean.
💃🏻 Working in front of computer most of the time I always thought I don’t have a time to exercise. But at the same time I was complaining about my flabby butt, fatty belly and lack of energy. I’m sorry but fad supplements won’t build you a beautiful and healthy body. Only by being physically active you can have tight muscles and glowing skin thanks to a proper blood and lymph circulation.
❤️🩹 5-8 years ago I had lots of stress and I just didn’t know how to deal with it. You can actually read about in my highlights “Tania’s way”. I had those “unhappy” wrinkles on my forehead and stiff lips without smile, I was constantly ill. Face expression during stress makes us look older and hormones of stress affect our blood pressure, heart health and immunity system. But even one week of mindset exercises can show an amazing results not only in the way you look, but in the way you feel.

THROW AWAY YOUR BATHROOM SCALES🤪
and judge the progress by the way you look and feel instead.
Each I Evolve challenge group has girls who check their body weight every day and their mood depends on those numbers.
But there could be many reasons why you are progressing with no changes in body weight. Such as:
Amount of water in your body can vary depending on - workouts, - hormones, - period, - food that you ate in the past 1-3 days, - the amount of salt you consumed
More to it you can even gain weight due to the muscle growth.
This is the reason we ask our challenge participants to take pictures every 3 days and take measurements accordingly.
So please don't be too hard on yourself ladies and start loving what you see in the mirror.

EASY TO SAY, HARD TO DO😓
Everyone is talking about consistency, pushing harder, staying motivated.
We all know that, but HOW???
As we always say that if you want long lasting changes YOUR BODY & MIND HAVE TO WORK IN SYNC.
The thing is sometimes we are focusing on our biggest goals and dreams and that’s where you easily can get overwhelmed and it’s seems almost impossible.
Of course it depends a lot on your personality, everyone is unique.
But we want to share 4 KEYS to motivation and consistency.
#1 key - make baby steps, it’ll be easier to achieve and will give you more confidence.
#2 key - be aware of your thoughts. Once you notice that kind of self-doubting thoughts try to switch it to something like “I’m doing great, I know what I want and each day I make a step forward”. The point is - try to replace destructive thoughts with self-motivation. At first you literally have to force your brain to change direction, but doing it repeatedly you’ll build up a way of thinking. Train your brain like your muscles.
# 3 key - surrounding is important. Try to limit time with people who makes you feel bad about yourself, not worthy or that your dreams are stupid. Spend more time with people who has same goals and who support you in your vision.
# 4 key - do both: exercises & mindfulness practices. Our brain need time to reset, to slow down for a moment. Being in constant “fight or flight” mode just drains your energy and demotivates you. Start with some breathing techniques or guided meditation. But make sure you find the one that you feel comfortable with (voice, background, words…)
We wish you to find a peace of mind and believe in your strengths.
