Growing older healthy is such a beautiful thing. 🤍
I don’t understand why social media teaches us to run from our 30s. I’m actually so excited for mine.
Finally, I get to be seen as a woman, not a child. Finally, “Signora.” Finally, the outside matches the woman I’ve felt like inside for years.
Thirty years of adventures, happy tears, sad tears , lessons, growth and so many colours of life. And I’m deeply grateful for every single one — the good and the bad. They made me who I am.
I’m especially grateful for the person they helped me become: someone who can hold space for others and make them feel seen, welcomed, loved and supported. Because money can buy many things, but being a good human being is one of the most beautiful things we can work towards.
Today is also the Orthodox Feast of the Cross. I was often told I was born to carry a heavy cross. I choose to see it differently: maybe I was simply born strong enough to carry whatever life puts in my way. 🤍
So here I am — 30, grateful, resilient, and more myself than ever.
Happy birthday to me. 🥂✨
And happy holiday to everyone celebrating. Different beliefs, same wish: more goodness, love and humanity in this world. ❤️
