When using 🔺No Oil L**e, the advantages are immediately noticeable.
During Expander Mandrel operation, no scratches or steel marks are left inside the neck. The water-based formula is completely non-greasy and requires no washing after use. Because it leaves no oily residue, dust and debris cannot adhere to the inside of the neck, and once dry it promotes smooth, consistent bullet seating for more uniform ammunition.
For external neck turning, it is simply unmatched. Just a couple of drops applied to the pilot and neck provide outstanding lubrication and control. The characteristic white film is clearly visible and works its way between the cutter and the neck, allowing precise monitoring of material removal at both low and normal operating speeds.
Once the operation is complete, the lubricant dries quickly, wipes away with a finger, and leaves no residue. Tools and the loading bench remain clean, while any dried brass chips can be removed effortlessly with a simple brush.

The photo below shows 🔺Delta Case Wax at 1.1°C (34°F), just above freezing temperature.At this temperature the wax reaches what I consider its ideal consistency. Only a trace amount transferred to the fingertip is enough to create a uniform film on the case. Unlike many lubricants that become difficult to control, Delta Case Wax allows extremely precise application, minimizing excess lubricant between brass and steel.The result is smooth and consistent case sizing, reduced effort on the press handle, and the tight tolerances demanded by precision reloaders and Bench Rest Fclass and ELR competitors.

My motorized 21st Century Innovation lathe works flawlessly. The 3-Way Cutter Kit not only chamfers and deburrs the case mouth, but also trims brass to an incredibly precise and repeatable length—an absolutely indispensable tool for serious brass preparation
The only minor issue was managing the brass chips produced during machining. Thanks to 🔺 No Oil Neck Turning L**e, which leaves the chips completely dry and avoids the usual oily mess, the situation was already much improved.
After discussing this with Pete Petros, CEO of 21st Century Innovation, an excellent solution was developed: a lightweight, ergonomic chip collection tray that mounts easily under the cutter and efficiently captures all the brass shavings.
It arrived in record time and will be invaluable as I continue preparing brass for the 2026 Bisley World Championships.
