As one progresses through life various obstacles and challenges may emerge. Aptare Et Superare, AES, was formed in that crucible. Adapt AND Overcome.

For failure to be part of the progression towards success adaptation of attitude and action must occur.

“And if the cloud bursts thunder in your ear
You shout and no one seems to hear
And if the band you're in starts playing different tunes
I'll see you on the dark side of the moon” - Pink Floyd

Visiting the colosseum was quite the experience last month.

A snowy run today. Face numbed out 3 miles in. Chasing those goals and dreams. Eliminating the excuses.

I’ve been Certified as a Personal Trainer by the American College of Sports Medicine for 3 years now. While I do work with a handful of clients in the Denver metro area in person, I especially enjoy programming routines remotely and offering education and accountability to help my clients achieve their wellness goals. I use an app thats available from the app store to give my clients unique work outs to their goals with video instructions and follow up with accountability.

I have so many different followers on instagram. Sure there are some clients and potential clients…but mostly friends and friends of friends from all over the world. My goal on my Instagram account is to influence others to pursue wellness in their own life. Even if its just a small dose of encouragement here and there. I care about your health and want you to feel and look fantastic❤️

What are your goals headed into 2022?!?

As your friend I want to encourage you to have goals that you pursue, and know why you are pursuing them.

Stretching is part of the formula of wellness! Historically its been the most neglected on my part, but I’ve intentionally been working on it! A lot of times people, including myself, forget that stretching should feel good…theres a tendency to overdo it which is dangerous to your body AND it doesn’t feel good…whereas stopping in a stretch before you get to that painful point and are simply enjoying a peaceful mellow stretch has health benefits to your body and mind.

Tricep cable pull downs are a staple of resistance training, and the form we use when we workout is essential to success and safety.

“If you wake up and don't want to smile…If it takes just a little while…
Open your eyes and look at the day
You'll see things in a different way” -

Great stretching this morning after my run. Morning workouts are a great opportunity to frame ones mind for the day and set oneself up for success.

Stretching it out after my morning run today before some foam rolling! Is stretching after your workouts something you look forward to or dread?
