Here are the CAD drawings to calculate the axle to crown (ATC) and clearance for the 26" and 27.5" segmented gravel forks and for beautiful BMX style Unicrowns.

A while ago, for fun and convenience, we designed and printed a jig to cut IS mount plates to size for weld-on installation on bikes without a disc brake mount.
We're happy to share it with you, along with drawings of IS mount plates for weld-on installation. To use it, you need to adjust it so that the 3D-printed plate comes into contact with the seat stay or chainstay. You can then mark the cut on the plate.

The 26" Unicrown BMX style bikes are also ready. Now we just have to wait for them to reach the Politik Bureau for the seal of approval. ✊

I've upgraded to a single chainring, a 32nd PMP on a Truvativ Isoflow crankset with red reverse bolts, a Shimano Altus 9-speed derailleur, a 9-speed 11.36 cassette, Platt handlebar rise 120mm by amazon 😂whit a Velocity stem and lots of nice red accessories, except for the grips, thanks to Francesco Francesini for white Campa Bros 👍 which, for a bike mechanic, are a laughing matter 😅

Catch of the day. This Diamondback Vectra will be used to showcase the STAL Forks as they arrive at the Politburo. 😇✊
