Oggi abbiamo svolto la prima sessione con chi sarà parte della nuova squadra di volontari a livello internazionale. 😎
Dopo una giornata di integrazione e apprendimento, portiamo con noi l’aspettativa e l’entusiasmo di iniziare insieme un percorso di crescita e sviluppo.
Per OPES, ogni risorsa è preziosa e fondamentale per raggiungere gli obiettivi di cambiamento che ci guidano.

🕊️ Oggi, 21 settembre, celebriamo la Giornata Internazionale della Pace.

La pace non è solo assenza di conflitto. È ascolto, rispetto, dialogo e capacità di costruire relazioni tra persone e comunità diverse.

🤝 Anche lo sport può contribuire a creare spazi di incontro, inclusione e collaborazione, dove le differenze diventano un valore e ciascuno può sentirsi parte della stessa comunità.

🌍 Per OPES, costruire pace significa anche promuovere partecipazione, rispetto reciproco e connessioni attraverso lo sport.

💬 La democrazia non è soltanto poter esprimere la propria opinione: significa avere spazio per partecipare, essere ascoltati e contribuire alle decisioni che riguardano la comunità.

🤝 Anche lo sport può diventare uno spazio di democrazia, quando favorisce il confronto, valorizza le differenze e rende le persone parte attiva dei processi decisionali.

🌍 Per OPES, partecipazione, inclusione e cittadinanza attiva sono valori che si costruiscono ogni giorno, dentro e fuori dal campo.

🏃‍♂️ Una giornata di sport, inclusione e divertimento a Riga! 🇱🇻

Il 22 agosto, 50 famiglie provenienti da 10 Paesi si sono ritrovate per vivere insieme un’intera giornata di attività: giochi di squadra, percorsi motori, prove di abilità, coordinazione e tante sfide pensate per coinvolgere grandi e piccoli. 💚

Oltre 200 persone unite dallo stesso spirito: muoversi, divertirsi, condividere e rendere lo sport davvero accessibile a tutti.
Un’esperienza fatta di sorrisi, nuove amicizie e momenti da ricordare.

Perché lo sport è ancora più bello quando si vive insieme. 🤝🌍

A day of sport, inclusion and fun in Riga! 🇱🇻

On 22 August, 50 families from 10 countries came together to enjoy a whole day of activities: team games, motor skills courses, tests of skill and coordination, and lots of challenges designed to get young and old alike involved. 💚

Over 200 people united by the same spirit: to get active, have fun, share experiences and make sport truly accessible to everyone.
An experience filled with smiles, new friendships and moments to remember.

Because sport is even better when enjoyed together. 🤝🌍
