Qui non spingiamo la competizione, ma la crescita personale di ogni bambino.
Anche se è una disciplina individuale, racchiude tutto il bello degli sport di squadra: sul tatami i bambini interagiscono, creano forti dinamiche di gruppo, imparano il rispetto e fanno squadra per crescere insieme! 💪🤝🧠

BIG CHANGES ARE COMING THIS SEPTEMBER AT POUND FOR POUND!
Even though we’re still crushing training sessions all August long, next month brings a complete schedule revolution packed with exciting updates!
Here’s what’s dropping at the academy:

NEW CLASSES & TIME SLOTS
* Wednesday @ 18:30 Extra No-Gi class! (Now up to 3 weekly sessions)
* Wednesday @ 20:00 - 21:00 Fundamentals Special Class (Open to all levels, from white belts to advanced ranks)
* Monday @ 18:30 & Saturday @ 14:00 New Intermediate Curriculum

OCTOBER SPECIAL: Early Bird Class (6:30 AM - 7:30 AM)! Pre-registrations are officially OPEN! Once we hit the minimum number of participants, we launch!

EXPANDED KIDS & YOUTH PROGRAM
Our Little Heroes community is growing! We are adding more age-specific groups so every kid gets tailored, high-level instruction.

WOMEN-ONLY JIU-JITSU
• Saturday @ 09:30 - 10:30 Dedicated female-only Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class!

STRUCTURED CURRICULUM & PROGRESSION
*White Belt Classes (Fundamentals):* Follows our signature fundamental program designed to introduce new practitioners to BJJ step-by-step, ensuring a solid foundation and a smooth transition to higher levels.

FAMILY DISCOUNTS
• Training together pays off! Enjoy 15% to 20% OFF for siblings and additional family members joining the team.

Morning Routine: Our regular morning classes (11:00 AM - 12:00 PM) stay fully active!

🇮🇹 2026 SUMMER MEETING!

Huge weekend at Ibjjf competition in Venice! Our team, Carlson Gracie Pound for Pound, took first place as a team. Right after that, the next day, we had a seminar and summer camp at our academy, led by our amazing and top Professor . It was an incredible experience—a great chance to be together on the mats for the seminar and our Brazilian barbecue right after. An incredible day, with lots of new belt promotions we will never forget.
