6 nights amongst the beautiful Trulli of Southern Italy, with slow morning yoga, meditation walks, therapeutic somatic movement, nourishing vegetarian food and spacious afternoons to swim, rest and explore.

As the season begins to change, we are invited to slow down too.

Our Autumn Wellbeing Retreat is an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life and return to a gentle rhythm. Through mostly somatic yoga, meditation and therapeutic movement, we’ll create space to rest, restore and reconnect.

The practices are adaptable and suitable for all, including those working with injury or looking for an offer approach to yoga. And with plenty of free time to explore the quiet beauty of Tresco.
