He’s been kitesurfing for around 18 years. One day at the beach, he saw a friend kiting and thought: “I need to learn how to do that.”
The best part about teaching?
The things you teach can be similar, but the person in front of you is always different. And with them, the solution and the attention they need change too 🩵
What Mattia enjoys most is connecting with people, getting in tune with them and finding the right way to help them glide across the water using the power of the wind 🪁
His strengths? Professionalism, but above all empathy. Understanding the person in front of him is a fundamental part of the way he teaches.
