🇬🇧 The TAVROS Seal Row Bench is designed for performing barbell or dumbbell rows.
By allowing for a prone position with the chest supported against the pad, it enables the user to focus on the pulling movement while minimizing body momentum and reducing strain on the lower back. The bench is engineered to promote controlled movement and proper muscle engagement.
Built with a robust metal frame, the bench offers various configuration options to suit the specific needs of the gym and the user. It is available with foam ankle support rollers, a waterproof pad, and an integrated step to facilitate access to the training position.
