Had a great first session on Wednesday!
After the success on Wednesday evening I have decided to put on another event this Saturday 8th May!
BREAKFAST AND A WORKOUT
Join me on Saturday morning at 9:30am for a hiit workout followed by a yoga flow. After we can go to a nearby cafe and grab a brioche and a coffee to celebrate our hard work 💪
Great to meet fellow english speakers or to practice you English! All levels are welcome, the more the merrier.

How I feel about being able to train outside again 🌞🙏
