The clocks went back yesterday in Italy. Here's what changes when you ride.🕰

One more hour of sleep, one less hour of daylight in the afternoon. On a bike, that's not a small thing.

Three things we do from now until March:
→ We set off earlier. Better an extra coffee at the finish than the last climb in the dark.
→ Lights on at all times, even in daylight. In shaded stretches and fog they make all the difference.
→ Light or reflective colours. Black looks great, but in November nobody can see you.

Sounds obvious. Until you're ten kilometres from the finish at quarter to five.😅

Last weekend we spent a lovely day at Villa Arvedi, in the heart of Valpantena Valpantena , a beautiful valley just outside Verona, full of local producers and artisans.

We had the chance to share our passion for cycling tourism and talk about why it’s worth leaving the busy city centre behind to discover the quieter side of Verona, with its beautiful countryside, local flavours and rich food and w**e traditions.

We also had the pleasure of taking the Generalfinance team on a guided bike ride, ending at Villa Arvedi to join the event.

A day spent with friends, full of good conversations, tastings and masterclasses.
Such a lovely way to discover and celebrate the local area!

WhatsApp daily messages from the road.
Mary and Martin have been travelling with us for several years now, and this time we created a little something just for them: quiet countryside roads, a few gentle hills and authentic small towns away from the usual tourist routes.
Their ride to Venice took a different path from our classic tour, passing through Legnago, Monselice, the Euganean Hills, Adria, Chioggia, Venice and Mestre.

Every evening, we’d get a WhatsApp update with photos, stories and little discoveries from their day.
