WildSwim live data is now working again! Enjoy the weekend and spread the word!

WildSwim for iPhone is now pulling live data again!

I hope to have the android version fixed this week as well.

Hi Everyone,

We have designed and built a free app for wild swimmers. The App makes it easy to discover new swim spots in your local area.

Its called WildSwim (available on Android and iPhone).

It enables people to upload their local swim spots and the whole community can see them. I'm really proud to say that we already have more than 1,000 swim spots added by our community.

The app shows users the swim spot location, and then lists all kinds of important information including hazards specific to that swim spot, what facilities are available, accessibility, as well as using an algorithm to recommend when is best to swim based on the tides and wind.

This is Jackie. She swims all year and she is part of the reason the WildSwim app is where it is today.
A key member of our tester group, Jackie was messaging me daily telling me what needed fixing!

Friendship is swimming with someone in May, when you don’t usually dip until June.

We absolutely love a fancy dress swim. We can’t say we remember what the theme was for this one, but I can confirm that it was great fun.
