I am happy to announce that myself and Simon at Functional Performance have teamed up to bring you an online breath work and postural class. This class will cover correct breathing, techniques to optimise breath, relaxation, and postural techniques and exercises to unload the spine, upper and lower back and hips.

Contact myself or Simon Stratford direct to book a space. This is entirely online which you can do in the safety of your own home. It will be a live class so we can correct and help you while the class is on.
