❗8 week Client Transformation❗
This is my client and good friend
Who wanted to gain some muscle and keep low percent body fat.
For 8 weeks we managed not only to gain 3kg of muscle and be slightly leaner. We also worked on his rounded shoulders issue. With specific exercises his postire has improved a lot!

Thoughts become things, don't ever forget that!
Current physique update!
For the whole summer this is the shape I have been maintaining lean ish standing at 92kg which is light for my hight.
Training only 3-4 times a week but still with 5 meals a day
Focusing spending more time with loved ones and friends and focusing less on bodybuilding because bodybuilding is a very selfish sport and requires a lot of time of your day.
This physique is a starting point of my 8-10 months off season and the future plans to compete next year September October.
Still self coaching but soon I will continue with a coach for maximum improvements
So it's time to WORK now!

Change it's a hard decision for all of us. Changes are hard to be taken, because it's something new something insecure.
Changing you body it takes action and time, you have to say no to certain foods, finding time to workout from the busy day life before or after work.
And the biggest reason why people are quitting because they what a quick results.
Every person has a different body, metabolism, genetic, and the change is depending on that. It can take from 4 to 8 week to see actual changes.
Don't give up until you see changes, then is the only way to stick to it and keep doing it.
Because you will seeing in the mirror every morning that all the hard work is absolutely worth it.
And this is where the motivation and discipline coming from!!!

❗4 Week Online Client Transformation❗
Miro gained unnecessary weight over the lockdown and from 4 weeks he is following very strictly everything what was given to him and he lost the amazing weight of 10kg.
He is also has past herniated surgery in very serious condition. I gave him specific exercises wich will not only prevent pain but it will strengthen and support his problem area.
How I always saying that training it's not only about muscles, it's about improving your physical and mental state!
