Some excellent racing away at the Irish Masters Coastal Sculling Championships 2026 πŸ₯‡πŸ₯‡πŸ₯‡πŸ₯ˆ

A big thank you to Olderfleet Rowing Club for hosting and being able to adapt to the adverse weather over the weekend, and of course the excellent competitors and people behind the scenes that helped the event run smoothly.

Looking forward to what the rest of 2026 has in store.

It was an early start for the 14 crews that competed in the Portelet baywatch race which kicked off at 0715 this morning. The 11.5km course was hard going at times, given the choppy seas and NE F4 winds. The Boys managed to get good position off the start and completed the course in 56 minutes 21 seconds, claiming line honours as first boat home. Thanks to all the organisers that made the racing possible.
