We had a fabulous day yesterday for the Les Ormes Ladies Open.

The weather was fantastic and some great golf was played.

Les Ormes Ladies golf section hosted the second 9-hole summer fun comp on Wednesday.

On a beautiful sunny evening, 51 ladies from Les Ormes, Les Mielles Ladies Golf Club and St Clements Ladies Golf Club took to the course to play a 9-hole greensome pairs competition followed by a delicious dinner and prizegiving.

It was a wonderful evening, full of fun, chat and laughter showcasing the true spirit of golf.

Many thanks to all the ladies who took part and special thanks to Liz Bird, Rai Fulton and our very own Rosie Crowther for helping make the evening run so smoothly.

Congratulations to all the prize winners, we are now looking forward to the next 9-hole fun comp at St Clements on Thursday 13th August 2026.

Today we welcomed the lovely ladies from Les Mielles Ladies Golf Club for our annual team match. The weather was super and the matches very close with some great golf played.
With 9 of the 10 matches complete it was all square but I’m delighted to say that Les Ormes Ladies Golf Club won and retained the trophy.

Thank you to the Les Mielles ladies, it was an absolute pleasure to host you today. We always have such a lovely time, with lots of chat and laughter.

On Tuesday we played our annual match against the ladies of Royal Jersey GC, friends old and new. In VERY windy conditions the match was drawn so the trophy is retained by Royal Jersey Golf Club. Thanks for hosting us and the super lunch 😘- see you at Les Ormes next year!

Sheila joined the ladies on Friday to celebrate her big day and brought loads of delicious homemade cakes with her too.

Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great but we didn’t let the rain dampen our spirits!

Les Ormes Ladies took to the greens, with a touch of green, for Lady Captain’s Day on Tuesday 17th March. ☘️⛳️💚

We also had a practice run on Saturday 14th March where again the ladies showed up wearing something green. ☘️⛳️💚

We had two great days of golf, with lots of sunshine and enjoyed St Patrick’s Day themed goodie bags. ☘️⛳️💚
