My latest Yin Yoga Day at The Radisson is almost upon us - five yin yoga classes spread from mid-morning to mid-evening on Sunday 20 October. Classes to suit all experience levels, from beginners to dedicated Yinsters; classes to suit all tastes, for those who like quiet introspection as well as those who prefer a strong music accompaniment to their practice.

Thanks to the 25 dedicated Yin Yogis who came along to The Radisson Hotel on the Jersey Waterfront last night for over two hours of yummy Yin to an all-American musical soundtrack, to celebrate Fourth of July Independence Day. Special thanks to those who got into the party spirit, wearing something with a USA connection. (I wasn't expecting to see the Statue of Liberty!). Hope you all enjoyed it as much as I did!

I'd be interested to hear from other yoga teachers in Jersey about the difficulties we face in trying to make a living from teaching yoga.
