Windy weather all week but that didn’t stop the adventures 🌊

Our first full week with the whole team together saw us delivering an epic adventure week for a local primary school and making the most of every condition that came our way

Our incredible crew brought the energy, enthusiasm and smiles every single day. so stoaked for the season ahead with them 💙

Meet Annie, one of our instructors back for her THIRD summer down the beach 🙌

Originally from the East Midlands, Annie’s watersports journey started by “messing around” on the tiny river behind her scout hut before getting into white water kayaking at university 🚣‍♀️

Since then, she’s fully embraced life on the coast and joined the Absolute crew in Jersey back in 2024.

Over winter, Annie has been finishing her Geology degree while serving as Vice-President of Liverpool Uni Canoe Club 🛶

She’s been running skills sessions, teaching kayak rolling, and helping clean up Liverpool Docks 💪

🐬 Favourite Absolute memory: The excitement of her very first Absolute job as a “sofa boat spotter” and realising this was going to be her whole summer

Safe to say Annie is more than ready for another summer of adventures down St Brelade’s Bay and we are stoked to have her back as an instructor (and part time performer / rock collector / sausage roll enthusiast / dog entertainer / boat DJ ) ☀️🌊

School Activity week season is officially underway 🙌

First day out with our full instructor team for 2026 and they absolutely smashed it bringing the energy from day one 💪

🌊 Say hello to Maddie, our new Office Assistant! 👋

Born and raised in Jersey, Maddie has spent as long as she can remember on the water.

Whether it’s surfing, paddleboarding or boating, the sea has always been a huge part of her life. In fact, many of her birthdays were spent with us at Absolute Adventures, making memories on the sofa boats and coasteering adventures! (Swipe for the throwback photos 🤩)

During term time, Maddie is studying for a degree in Sport & Exercise Science, but she doesn’t let studying get in the way of adventure. This winter, she swapped the sea for snow on a ski trip to Austria ⛷️

“To start shadowing our instructors and spending even more time out on the water.”

Buzzing for school activity weeks to start on Monday 🌊

Back for her FOURTH season down the beach - MEET SAM 🙌

Born and raised on the rock, Sam has always been in the watersports world. During uni she was offered the opportunity to do her Paddlesport Leader qualification, which came with a job… and that job just happened to be with US at Absolute Adventures 🤙

Over the winter, Sam swapped the sea for snow in the Finnish Arctic Circle ❄️ leading snowmobile trips, snowshoeing adventures, and cross-country skiing in the wilderness ⛷️
