Thank you to the beautiful souls who joined our yoga retreat last weekend. It was an honour to hold space for you, a day dedicated to slowing down in recognition of the Autumn Equinox, where Mother Nature herself begins to wind down after a busy summer, and encourages us to do the same as the nights draw in... 🍂🌕✨
